Primary Education Tuition

At Elite Mentors, we understand how important the early years of learning are. During this stage, children begin to discover their strengths, interests, and face new challenges. Our goal is to support them with the right guidance to build a strong foundation for future success.

We offer in-person and online tuition for Year 3 to Year 6 students in Maths, English, and Reasoning, tailored to each child’s level. Our lessons follow the Department for Education’s (DfE) national curriculum, and our tutors help boost confidence and enthusiasm in every child.

Maths

At the primary level, we teach children to understand numbers and solve problems using the four key rules: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Our tutors make learning fun and interactive, helping students master skills at their own pace, including fractions and more.

English

Reading and writing are essential for communication and imagination. We cover fiction, non-fiction, grammar, spelling, and story writing. Children get weekly spelling tasks, reading practice, and comprehension work to build strong literacy skills.

Reasoning

Reasoning is taught through verbal (English, Maths, and general knowledge) and non-verbal (patterns, shapes, and logic puzzles) activities. It helps develop thinking and problem-solving skills across all subjects.

We offer a dedicated and interactive strategy specifically designed for Year 6 SATs students. Our tailored approach focuses on exam techniques, time management, and targeted revision to boost confidence and maximise performance in Maths, English, and Reasoning.
